Exchange and Return Policies

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

Your fashion items should feel awesome on your body. If they don't, we'd be happy to send you a different size. Here's how that process works:

  • Items must be unworn with original tags and labels.
  • Send us an email within 15 days after receiving the product to info@fashionablycasual.com, with a brief description of the situation. Products can NOT be exchanged due to design, prints, or color.
  • A member of our Customer Service team will instruct you to send the item to our CA office location and provide you the specific address. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you're within the US, our recommendation is to use USPS First Class or Flat Rate Shipping services. 
  • Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package. Also write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).
  • Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item(s) for wear, tear, and general damage, and original tags are in place. 
  • After the item(s) passes inspection, a Customer Service Representative will either ship you out a replacement item(s), or extend you a full refund in the amount of the items returned only if the item you received arrived damaged.
